Senior Key Account Manager
(VIP clients, B2B)

Payment Service Provider (payments and financial services worldwide)


Overlook existing accounts:
  • Tend to existing clients, manage all requests and solve any issues;
  • Up-sale new products to existing clients;
  • Maintain good interdepartmental communication in order to efficiently solve any arising questions from the clients;
  • Monitor daily client volumes and help it to increase;

Enroll new clients with the payment system:

  • Connect clients to our payment gateway, discuss procedure and technical details;
  • Prepare and settle contract agreements;
  • Calculate and agree upon commission rates plan;
  • Estimate monetization and forecast revenue;

Represent the company at worldwide conferences and onsite meetings;

Junior account managers mentoring.

Key requirements
  • Three to five years of experience in the (business) field/sector/industry;
  • Fluent English (mandatory written and oral);
  • Willingness and ability to travel (mandatory);
  • Self-sustained and well-organized;
  • Self-motivated and result-driven (receptive to both negative and positive results!) Outstanding negotiating skills;
  • Problem solving skills;
  • Team player;
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
